Privacy Policy pursuant to Article 12 of Regulation 2016/679/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation)

In accordance with R.E. 679/2016, as described above, I inform you that the processing of your data will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, protection of your privacy, and your rights.

In particular, in accordance with Article 12 of the aforementioned Legislative Decree, I inform you that all provided data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of carrying out activities necessary for the performance of the service requested by us.

The acquired data will not be disclosed in foreign countries or to international organizations.
Your personal data will be kept for the entire time of the service requested by us and for the shortest time possible, according to the type of data and documents, and for an additional 120 months from the cessation of the same.
I remind you that it is your right to request access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition, and portability of data, as well as to request the revocation of the consent given, which, however, will only be effective from the new communication of revocation. According to the new European Regulation, it will be possible to exercise the “right to be forgotten.”

In case of disputes concerning the processing of data, you may file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
